There were a few “cool down” periods during that. I never stopped, but there were some walking stretches.

Well done! I’ve been meaning to get back out running.... I say running, but you know what I mean. I really like the pod runner couch to 5k podcasts. Each week there is a new interval set so it keeps you progressing. 10 weeks total, I’ve only made it to week 9 though. I haz fatbody.
Good job for you though! Anything is better than fatting on the couch. Good work.
